Overview:
    The "DG" series is meant to return a venerable mech's initial design premise, back to basics
    with updated technology and with concessions done for affordability

Capabilities:
    The first mech of the series is the Spider. Designed to be an effective light recon mech,
    the 5DG provides a unit with an advanced electronics package for just over 4 million
    c-bills. To keep cost low, a light engine is used rather than the more fragile extra-light
    and is also equipped with the most armor that it can carry, increasing the chance that its
    pilot is able to return with whatever intel it has gathered. Twin ER Mediums provides the
    expected and adequate firepower needed for its task.
    
    How this variant is able to keep costs low and what truly makes it differ from its forebears
    is the fact that the engine rating is much smaller. The 5DG now only maintains the same
    speed as its more plentiful counterparts, the Wasp and Stinger.
    
    Despite this major drop in performance, it is able to keep its true strength intact; a 240m
    jump(in most conditions). This is achieved through the installation of the partial wing
    which has been growing in popularity.

Deployment:
    Its cheap cost has kept initial sales high but only time will tell if it can continue this
    trend
