Overview:
    Created by D&K Creation Studios as a relatively inexpensive sniping platform that would
    easily perform "shoot and scoot" maneuvers and otherwise provide easy fire support platforms
    for planetary militia, the Eyeshield is the sister platform to the heavier and slightly
    lower teched Gantz.

Capabilities:
    To achieve the desired results, a 25 ton chassis built on endo steel internals was chosen as
    the baseline. A 175 rated Standard Fusion Engine allows the 'Mech to reach comparable speeds
    to others in its weight class, while five tons of standard armor allow it suitable
    protection for its intended battlefield role. To keep the chassis cool, ten single engine
    mounted heat sinks were determined to be enough with its full weapon payload.
    
    For the 'Mechs primary armament, a LAC/2 with a single ton of CASE protected ammunition was
    decided as a suitable weapon for the chassis because of its long range but allowed weight.
    While it has a shorter range than its full sized cousin, the Eyeshield's speed allows it to
    have the advantage to get within optimal range before quickly retreating. For a backup
    weapon should the 'Mech run out of ammunition or somehow get within knife fighting range, a
    Small X-Pulse laser was decided upon. With the bonus to that weapon also being its ability
    to deter infantry that would happen to get close to it.
