Overview:
    By far one of the simplest refits proposed by the DCMS for their military buildup as their
    pushed into Federated Suns territory, the Blackjack C3K is an exercise in simplicity and
    cost/effectiveness ratios. Like many of the other 'Mechs that were designed to have a refit,
    it was designed to be part of a C3 lance. More importantly, however, not much about the
    'Mech itself needed to be changed as compared with others in its line up.

Capabilities:
    The primary way House Kurita accomplished both cost and weight saving was to mount the 'Mech
    with eight tons of Durallex Extra Light Heavy Ferro-Fibrous, and to side grade the regular
    PPCs into their Snub Nosed counter parts. Using the three and a half tons gained from this,
    in reality something close to two and a half given the up armoring relative to weight saved,
    this allows the 'Mech to mount the C3 slave unit in the center torso, mount an ER Small
    laser in the head, and finally mount an eleventh double heat sink to help manage the heat
    load.
    
    While incredibly simple compared to some other refits that came out around the same time,
    the simple inclusion of a C3 unit allowed the middling 'Mech to shine in fire support lances
    of the same nature.
