Overview:
    A new design from Detroit, the MAD-5P is a retooling of existing Marauder production lines
    for a mech that performs much the same as the original design. Firstly, the original MAD-3R
    weapon style load out is retained, but the weapons merely changed for improved or similar
    weapons. Two ER PPC's take the place of the old PPC's, while 2 medium X-Pulse lasers provide
    good firepower at close range, even if they run hot. A Light PPC replaces the old Autocannon
    5, providing the same range for far less weight. 19 double heat sinks comfortably deal with
    firing all the PPCs at one time, although the mech can still get uncomfortably hot from
    firing all weapons at once. 13 tons of light ferro fibrous armor is impressive protection
    for a 75 ton machine, and a light fusion engine provides a mix between weight savings and
    survivability, and saves some money. At roughly 14 million C-bills, this heavy mech includes
    the ability to be networked into a C3 lance, dramatically increasing it's combat
    effectiveness.
