Overview:
    An improvement upon the High Score BV-9701.

Capabilities:
    Dropping the jump jets to 3 makes it easier to increase the range of heat before reaching
    overheat BV discount.  This makes it possible, using 14 DHS and a coolant pod, to mount a
    3rd repeating TSEMP while paying full BV for all three TSEMPs and the Hyper Laser.  The OBV
    modifier does decrease, but swapping 756 base BV of cERMLs with a 50% heat discount for 600
    base BV of weapons with no heat discount is worth the speed factor drop from 2.44x to 2.3x.
    This also leaves one slot spare from the removed jump jets.
    
    The frankenmech frame can also be optimized: Using 10t components for the arms, head, and
    side torsos gives another half ton compared to the 9701, while using clan endo-comp for the
    head and legs makes the structure points there worth more BV without taking up extra crit
    slots or tonnage.
    
    This saves enough tonnage to dispense with the half-ton of armor, and mount an ECM suite in
    the last critical slot.  Another cERML would be preferable, but would also increase the size
    and weight of the Tcomp so won't actually fit.  A cLRM 5 without ammo is close to the ECM
    suite in cost added, but unfortunately the heat discount drops its BV to the point the ECM
    suite is more expensive.  There may still be a more optimal usage of this tonnage and space
    though.

Deployment:
    Please for the love of god don't try to actually use this thing, it's just terrible.
