Overview:
    A experimental design and something of a personal transport for Kelsberg elites. Given the
    planet's lack of fossil fuels, a LAM with its fusion based engine is greatly advantaged in
    operation for any kind of work that needs to be done in person.
    
    A downgraded 150 fusion engine means its speed while grounded is not great, but the mech is
    meant to stay more or less permanently in airmech mode for any fighting and only go to
    ground in emergencies and this was deemed to be not a huge issue.
    
    Five clan spec LRM5s are mounted on each arm, and a total of 6 tons of ammo are considered
    well stocked enough for protracted engagements. The use of clan standard armor means that
    the included CASE is considered a great advantage over the older IS armor. Only 10 IS DHS
    are included in the design given the relatively low heat output of its weapons, and the
    mechwarrior can easily only use a subset of their LRMs to better heat manage.
    
    An extra ton of fuel is included to extend the LAM's range.
