Overview:
    Designer: Jump repeatedly.  Firing the lasers at close range.  Give up your arms!

Capabilities:
    GM: Very well balanced.  One ML and one SL is probably the best balance of armament for a
    20t mech with this movement speed.  If you want more armament, you'll have to sacrifice
    armor (like with the Skeleton series).  It's very bold that the arm armor has been removed.
    This part is only part that is left as a skeleton (lol).

Deployment:
    In an odd mid-range between the Locust (8/12) and the Stinger. (6/9/6) Compares most with
    Stinger/Wasp, dropping ammo-dependent secondaries for more concentrated armor and better
    ground speed.  Not that you'd want to stop jumping with something this fragile.
    Unfortunately, I don't think vestigial arms reduces the repair cost any...

Variants:
    Max-tech Rooster with an advanced computer suite, and expanded anti-infantry capabilities
    with an X-Pulse laser.  Space concerns mostly cap the Rooster at this level, with Endo and
    the large XL Engine preclude further upgrades such as DHS.
