Overview:
    After a push from outspoken Outworlder representatives active within Alliance politics, a
    joint venture with the Magnus bloodhouse and Raveena electronics saw the mixed-tech
    "Filibuster" marching off of the assembly lines on Ramora in 3154. Named specifically to
    invoke a never-ending parliamentary debate of the Outworlder government, the Filibuster is
    meant to be an ever-present force during a battle unless directly silenced.

Capabilities:
    Combining the direct-fire Streak LRM technology of the Clan with Outworlder ingenuity, the
    Filibuster is mostly a direct-fire harassment platform, designed to move quickly and stay at
    range while applying pressure, best used in tandem with a heavier battle lance.
    
    The Filibuster sports a trio of Diverse Optics Sunbeam extended-range medium lasers on the
    right arm, which leave a telltale "corkscrew" burn on targets thanks to the rotary action of
    the laser set, meant to boost efficiency of damage similar to a pulse laser, though this
    only seems to be of benefit to Raveena's marketing department.
    
    Ten double heat sinks keep the mech mostly cool in all but the most heavy combat. Normally,
    Filibuster pilots are encouraged to use discretion so they do not get bogged down by a heat
    burden.
    
    To that end, the Filibuster's powerful GM 240 XL engine is supplemented by MASC, allowing
    the Filibuster to either reposition or swiftly strike without the need for jump jets. The
    agile legs allow the Filibuster to move swiftly and smoothly over even heavily uneven
    terrain.
    
    Despite its name, critics have found that its low ammunition makes the name questionable at
    best. However, thanks to the Streak LRMs, while it may not have an abundance of ammunition,
    its shots are never considered wasted, and the proud few Filibuster pilots rarely complain
    about running out of ammo. Those that do are too dead to comment.
