Overview:
    Part of my experiments to make the best "Heat-Dissipating Armor" mech possible. Part of that
    research concluded it was more useful for larger 'mechs that were starved of crits...
    Compared to Laser Reflective, which at the time also reduced external heat.

Capabilities:
    Sichuan peppers bring heat and numbness. The MMLs and Plasmas bring heat; the TSEMP brings
    numbness. Together, it makes for a surprisingly traditional King Crab dish.
