Overview:
    Designer: A mech with an appearance that looks just like a Warhammer (with evil eyes and
    pointed feet).  Approach the enemy using LL and launch a press-fire imitation attack at
    close range.  At best, pretend it's a Warhammer to intimidate the enemy.

Capabilities:
    GM: Press fire at close range.  Although it's a "copycat," it has more attack power than the
    original.  Also, since it's not a PPC but an LL equipped with no minimum range, its attack
    power at close range far exceeds that of a Warhammer.  I like how it looks just like the
    real thing, even down to the slightly thinner armor (lol).

Deployment:
    Unlike its namesake, its primaries have no minimum range to cover, so it wants to use the
    lasers all the way in, but doesn't have near the sinking to do so.  Gains movement heat with
    the LLs, goes neutral with everything else at once, but needs to be on the 3-hex zone to do
    so.
