Overview:
    Designer: Use JJx5 to get +3 shooting modifier, so make full use of it.  This is basically a
    mech for fighting.  (In case of jumping)  Firing all weapons simultaneously should be a last
    resort.

Capabilities:
    GM: This is a mech that will get you fired up for a run and full-power attack.  The fact
    that it uses J5s instead of MP6s when walking, and its main weapon is an SRM4, gives it a
    cool feel.

Deployment:
    Decent mid-speed brawler.  Just clears that +3 TMM threshold where it's trading evenly for
    its jump accuracy debuff.
    Horrible crit allocations - Can't put 2xJJ + 1HS in leg, can't put JJ + SL + Ammo in CT.
    Did not go through editing well.
