Overview:
    Designer: Stay hidden until the enemy approaches.  If an enemy approaches carelessly, jump
    close to them and use SL+fighting.

Capabilities:
    GM: This unit sacrifices its mid-range combat capabilities and instead focuses solely on its
    attack power when adjacent.  With a maximum damage value of 30 points, this unit will be a
    valuable asset if used effectively.

Deployment:
    Not great.  To use such short-range weapons effectively, you need more speed.  Will be
    harassed by lights with MLs, and be out-fought by anything it can keep pace with as it still
    has less armor than 40tonners.  Basically a fat Piranha, without the Clan XL that lets it
    get up to 9/14.  Something the same speed like a Phoenix Hawk would bully this poor thing to
    death with better ranged weapons.
