Overview:
    Being a deviation from the original, the 2S is not designed to fight BattleMechs. It instead
    functions as a critical support asset in assaults on enemy forces. It can be used from both
    defensive and offensive positions.

Capabilities:
    As a support piece, the 2S can deploy large plumes of smoke around enemy forces so as to
    obfuscate their vision. Additionally, it can shoot flares to mark objectives or illuminate
    specific regions around the combat theater (this proves especially useful as it can reveal
    hidden units during night skirmishes). To take a more lethal approach, the 2S carries an LRM
    10 supplied with Thunder rounds. This will allow it to spread powerful mine fields from a
    remote position. In case of a retreat, the 'Mech is just as fast as its predecessor, so it
    will not hinder allied forces.

Deployment:
    For the most optimal use, the 2S should be accompanied by at least two other duplicates, and
    they should be defended by whatever forces are necessary to the operation. They are made to
    be accessories to an assault; do not use them on their own. To ensure that the mortar rounds
    hit their target, a spotter with TAG will be necessary. Hajepokalyps Crew recommends the
    Spindel SPL-3S for this purpose.

Variants:
    The 2S is a the first specialized unit from the Spindel line created by the Hajepokalyps
    Crew. The specialization trend is continued in future models.
