Overview:
    It turns out that the Javelin IIC trick was attempted again by the Coyote mechants,
    breathing a new life into the chassis with the advent of the Advanced Tactical Missiles.
    Refurbished with new technologies the Javelin IIC 2 attempts to increase it's clan's
    fortunes once more with Javelin IIC being the preferred form in which the others can trial
    for the ATM launcers. Clan Diamond Shark promptly proceeded to procure modest quantities of
    these 'Mechs supposedly to bolster their second line forces, but soon turned out to leak the
    Javelins even to clans that were coyote enemies. Coyote reaction was surprisingly timid,
    probably having already made peace with the technology dissemination among the clans after
    some undisclosed shark concessions. The Sharks started to offer the IIC Javelin to the Inner
    Sphere in the 3080s shortly after the clan Ha Otoko variant and to a great demand.

Capabilities:
    The spacious torso lends itself easily to modification and given the new missile launchers
    the Coyote scientists decided that somewhat better balanced heat management will still
    produce a more manageable. A pair of medium pulse lasers combined with modestly sized ATM
    launcers still produces a respectable damage output at close range while keeping the 'Mech
    cooler for extended periods and giving it improved accuracy at the cost of rarely used
    potential.

Deployment:
    Mostly seen within Coyote and Shark toumans the Javelin IIC 2 appears among the second line
    and occasionally front line clusters whenever some more sutable machine is not available.
    Ghost Bears and Jade Falcons seem to have the fewest and Wolves almost none. Nova Cats,
    Lyran Commonwealth and Draconis Combine all seem to have gained a handful of these ''Mechs,
    but the availability of clan-made munitions seems to limit their deployment.
