Overview:
    Developed by the clam Coyote in 2830s, mostly to be traded with other clans for resources.
    The Javelin IIC seems almost rough and unfinished at a glance, but it enormously expands
    base Javelin's capabilities. The 'Mech is rather resource intensive, but Coyote merchants
    used this as a leverage to trade for more resources. This immediately enraged some poorer
    clans and now seems to be one of the grievances that the Spirits held against the Coyote for
    example. Since the Javelin IIC the Blood Spirit and the Coyote clans interacted almost
    exlusively through  intermediaries, much to Sea Foxe's delight.

Capabilities:
    Turning a cargo container into a fashion statement the Javelin IIC's torso is an enormous,
    blocky affair with easily accessible weapon bays. What used to be a problem for the earlier
    Javelin models with stability tilted forward by ill-placed missile system was rectified with
    XL engine isntallation with the enormous cooling circles routed through torso back , which
    shifted the center of gravity back enough to ballance the 'mech out again. This still left
    enough room to install what's essentially all three major Javelin configurations on the same
    chassis. The'mech utilises the Coyote signature missile launchers, both long and short
    range. While the 'Mech gained some ten tons due to necessary structural strenghtening, it
    also almost doubled the available protection via advanced composite armour and combined the
    lasers and missiles of the JVN-10A, F and N configurations all crammed within the bays of
    the IIC's torso. The only problem is the amount of heat all the systems produce, because
    even double-strengths heat sinks can't cope with all weapons being utilised at once.

Deployment:
    The Javelin IIC is easily spread among the clan space in low numbers. It was a popular
    trading item till the advent of the Omni-mech pushed it away from the spot-light less than
    three decades later. The overall lack of focus mostly changed the Javelin IIC into a
    footnote in technical history of the clans.
