Overview:
    The problem with Omni units is you can never be certain of what you'll face.  Such as this D
    class configuration.  It certainly deserves its inclusion in this rare class.  Normally
    there is only so much you can do as an electronics platform.  And centering a configuration
    on an ancient and expensive bit of kit that is easily resisted by hardened military systems
    seems dubious, that is unless you give your targets system other problems to tax it's
    systems... like inferno iATMs.

Capabilities:
    Mechanically this weapons loadout comes in three parts.  The first is the iATM.  While
    additional tons of ammo are available, its the inferno ammo that is key to prepping the next
    phase.  So light your target up.
    
    Phase 2 begins once a target is suffering from overheating.  The Centurion Weapon System
    works by hitting the target with enough magnetic flux that the targets electronics start to
    overheat for a moment.   The duration isn't long enough to cause real damage or even
    interference, but it can trigger emergency shutdown protocols.  Normally this only works a
    fraction ofvthe time.  But if those systems are already activly overheating...  the rate of
    premature shutdown is raised considerably.
    
    And finally the host of small but accurate lasers.  The damage isn't much, but against an
    immobile target... enough damage to the right place is all it takes.  Especially since once
    a unit scrams, its much easier for the Centurion System to convince the control software
    theee is a ongoin emergency.

Deployment:
    There is a flaw in this plan.  Units with the right discipline can resist the urge to alpha
    strike, leaving a reserve of heat capacity against further ECM attack.
