Variants:
    The Shadow Hawk has long been a ubiquitous BattleMech throughout the Inner Sphere, seen in
    house and merc units all over. The SHD-2H model has long been noted to be able to contribute
    in almost all forms of combat in almost all theaters. The SHD-5H model is much the same only
    moreso. First developed by the Magistry of Canopus in 3052, it combines features from other
    models, but with their own twist. The autocannon was upgraded from the older Armstrong model
    to a dual-purpose gun that can inflict twice the damage of the smaller one, and use cluster
    ammunition. They doubled the size of the long-range missile rack, as well as the ammo for
    this launcher. To improve short-range firepower, they added a second medium laser to the
    left arm and a second short-range missile launcher to the center torso. Both side torsos
    have CASE systems added to protect from ammunition explosions, and an extra half-ton of
    armor has been split between the front of each front side torso section and the legs.
