    The Headhunter has a hyper advanced targeting array, such is the grade of this system that
    even the most advanced clan factories balk at the sheer cost and complexity. As such, the
    mech is entrusted only to the most skilled clan warriors.
    
    A theoretical hero variant would be illegal with the addition of a targeting computer and
    the rule that if a psr was failed then a second psr would be required to determine whether
    the mech had its myomers rip itself apart as well as having the hard to pilot quirk
