Overview:
    Silly goal of building a mech that thrives in depth one water.  Went with a quad to get 4
    heat sinks into the water and the absurd benefit of having 4 limbs submerged.
    
    * Jump (3 heat) + Weapons (25 heat) = 28 heat
    * 8(4 in water) + 6 = 14 double heat sinks = 28 sinkable heat.
    
    Equipped with long range weapons to hit in-land targets avoiding the water.  Equipped with
    Torso Jump jets to allow it to move around in the shallow water without penalty.  Uses the
    -2 piloting roll given by quads to negate the PSR rolls required for jumping into shallow
    water.  Downside is that I couldn't quite smoosh in Artemis V for the accuarcy boost not the
    targetting computer, something to offset the accuracy penalty of using jumping as your main
    form of movement.
    
    Note: DO NOT JUMP INTO DEPTH 2 WATER!  Your jump jets will stop working and you wont be able
    to fire out of the water.
