Overview:
    Etna Industries saw the success of the Hunchback IIC and decided to make their own
    non-omnimech variant.  Part of their aim was to merge the Hunchback and "Swayback" concepts,
    with one side including the classic "big gun" while the other included lighter, more
    consistent options that could be fired based on how much heat the mech could still handle
    effectively.  Rather than try to weigh the mech down with extra heat sinks to allow for more
    weapons fire, the designers instead embraced the heat and included Triple Strength Myomer to
    supplement many Hunchback pilots tendency to get into melee combat.  While supremely
    expensive for a medium mech, it was price comparable to its Omni-mech counterpart while
    having superior speed.

Capabilities:
    The traditional "Hunch" side of the mech is equipped with an UAC/20, with four tons of ammo
    available for keeping tbis weapons well stocked for prolonged engagements.  The "Sway" side
    of the mech is instead eqipped with two Improved Heavy Medium Lasers, an Improved Heavy
    Small Laser, and three Micro Pulse Lasers.  This "Sway" side is largely supplemental for the
    "Hunch" weapon, though should the UAC/20 jam it can take over damage responsibilities,
    though at a far lower output.
    
    Defensively, it is equipped with 9.5 tons of Ferro-Fibrous armor over an Endo-Steel
    structure, giving it greater defenses than either of the originals.  It is also faster, with
    a walking speed of 54 km/h and with its Triple Strength Myomer active can reach calvary
    speeds of 97.2 km/h.  TSM also allows the HBKIIC-E1 to also be devastatingly dangerous in
    melee combat, a feature well loved by its more aggressive pilots or those wanting to
    properly contest dedicated melee platforms.

Deployment:
    Many pilots will seek to keep their heat low, primarily relying on their base speed and the
    devastation of the UAC/20 to do the damage they need.  However, should this jam, they will
    usually slam their energy weapons inorder to activate their TSM, intent to close into melee
    combat to finish off their opponents.  A few daring pilots are willing to sacrifice their
    accuracy and instead always keep their heat in TSM range, letting them use their speed and
    damage to quickly decimate anything they catch.

Variants:
    HBKIIC-E2: The UAC/20's tendency to jam proved a particularly painful problem for
    many of its pilots.  To remedy this, it was swapped out for an LB 20-x AC with two tons of
    standard ammo and two tons of cluster rounds.  Additionally, one Micro Pulse Laser was
    swapped for a second Improved Heavy Small Laser to allow pilots to still readily push their
    heat for TSM activation.  The final result had a slight decrease in damage when factoring in
    the mech's heat budget but did show far more consistency as pilots could engage without fear
    of their primary armarment becoming inoperable.  BV2.0: 1,818.  Cost: 8,370,207.
    
    HBKIIC-E3: This version swaps its UAC/20 for an Inner Sphere Grade Rotary AC/5 with
    three tons of ammo.  By storing this ammo in its right side, it can remove its left sided
    CASE II protection without consequence, leaving enough saved weight and space for the
    inclusion of five jump jets.  It also swaps one micro pulse laser for an Improved Heavy
    Small Laser.  Additionally, it upgrades its Light TAG to a full TAG and adds an extra 0.5
    tons of armor.  This version recieved mix feedback, some pilots seeing the RAC/5 as five
    smaller weapons and thus "Swayback" in nature, while other thought of it as a singular lage
    gun and enjoyed that unlike the UAC/20 the RAC/5 could be unjammed while still in combat.
    Strangely, only a few pilots considered the 150 meter jump capabilities a deciding factor in
    their reviews.  BV2.0: 2,041.  Cost: 8,052,457.

    Quirks: if using these opitonal rules, the following are reccommended
    - Battlefists (+2 points): Brought back from the original.
    - Poor Targeting - Long (-2 points): flaw in targeting system.
    - Easy to Maintain (+1 point): get hit, get fixed, get even.
    - Bad Reputation (-1 point): Polarized reviews can make it hard to sell.
