    Long range "gunslinger" mech, equipped with a Gauss Rifle and 2 ER Large Pulse Lasers.
    
    First mech I've made with a Cost-BV ratio that actually rivals the Urban-mech.  That is
    actually an absutrdly difficult accomplishment when you start looking at most other mechs in
    the game.
