Overview:
    Starting life as a stock J.B. Battlemechs BLR-4S the "Gremlin" has been recently been
    rebuilt with salvage acquired from raids against Clan Jade Falcon.  A more capable sniper
    set up, while some weapons have been changed and a targeting computer added, the mechs core
    components are stock, and fully functioning.

Capabilities:
    Originally a stock model over time Logan has managed to convert his Grandfathers stock
    BLR-4S into a more capable sniper.  The Gauss rifle has been replaced with a pair of Clan
    spec DDS Kingston ERPPCs mounted one per arm.  This arrangement mimicking several other
    designs spread the long range weaponry so losing a single location still enables the mech to
    fight on, being as effective as its original configuration.  The four torso mounted RAMTech
    extended range medium lasers were left in place. Each arm also now mounts an Inner Sphere
    grade medium pulse laser.  Both standard mediums and both small pulses as well as the SRM
    rack, were pulled and sold to help fund the reconfiguration.  The only other weapons change
    was installing a Clan ATM-9 in the left torso mount. An Inner Sphere make anti-missle system
    was installed in the head with one ton of ammo stored alongside 2 tons ammo bin for the ATM
    ammo in the left torso protected by case.

Deployment:
    Logan has continued his family tradition serving in the Shadow Walkers mercenary command.
    Currently on a year of planetary garrison duty due to getting his mech worked on, Logan has
    been putting in large amounts of simulator time adjusting to the new set up.  While
    considered still green after only 2 years in the unit, Logan drives the "Gremlin" more like
    hes an old hand veteran, having spent time in simulators and riding with hs grandfather and
    father in the Battlemaster.

Variants:
    Having been converted to a mostly energy based weapons loadout, the mech is now able to stay
    in the field longer with out as desperate a need for ammo resupply.
