Overview:
    The Viper is built on a lightweight Endo Steel chassis and powered by a weight- saving 320
    XL engine that propels the Viper to a top speed of 129.6 km/h. This model of Viper ditches
    all jump jets for micro pulse lasers, a targeting computer, and more armor. It was designed
    for long-term guerrilla deployments in the deep periphery, especially during the Hanseatic
    Crusade.
    
    The Viper-AZ was meant for deployment in lone hunter-killer stars operating far behind
    enemy lines.
    
    The lovingly-dubbed AZ "Ash Zombie" can afford to lose both arms in combat, as all weapons
    and targeting computer are stored in the torsos.
    
    History:
    
    The Ash Zombie was created as a necessity in the years before the Hanseatic Crusade.
    Imperio Escorpion was eager for war with the League, but decided prudence was most
    beneficial, and deployed a familiar strategy they've used in the past: sending a
    deeply-embeded intelligence-collecting force on the high- profile Hanseatic world of
    Tomalov. Tomalov is often considered the "breadbasket" of the Hanseatic League, so what
    better place to plant a stray Seeker cluster masquerading as high-power arms merchants?
    
    Seekers have a strange affinity for extreme conditions, and quickly sought out a small,
    volcanically-active island along the planet's equator to set up shop. The locals stayed far
    away, but the Scorpions were all too eager to dig in, fortify, and profit here. The island
    was replete with dangerous fauna, pecuiliar flora, and lava flows acting as defensive
    trenches.
    
    To build the factory, the Seekers used leftover equipment from old  Viper production lines
    procured from Clan Coyote on Delios long before Goliath Socrpion's abjuration from the
    homeworlds. The island factory, "Red Mountain Mechworks" was set up under Delios
    Incorporated, and produced what was, at the time, quite obsolete clanner equipment to anyone
    with the money to buy. Naturally, this included mercenaries, pirates, some affluent
    planetary militias, and even the Hanseatic Regional Defense Force managed to snag a couple
    before the Crusade began in earnest. Doing business with the Hanseatic League was a great
    way to learn about them, and so this Seeker cluster reported back home to Nueva Castile
    frequently about RDF formations, procurement, and even individual officer dossiers.

Capabilities:
    Speed and lasers. It's not really a pulse-jumper except in the closest of quarters. Ditched
    some jump jets for some small pulse lasers because running and gunning is the name of the
    game here.
