Overview:
    The Goblin would begin appearing in the early/mid 3150's with reports coming in from along
    the distant edges of Commonwealth Space and from the Timbuktu Collective. These reports
    would indicate that the mech would be utilized in fast raiding actions grouped together with
    various vehicles and other mechs. At first it was believed that these mechs might be custom
    built for a particular pirate group or faction but as further data began to roll in it was
    determined that multiple pirate groups operating from beyond the edges of civilized space
    were utilizing the design. The odd mix of standardized and semi-advanced equipment would
    baffle those investigating the matter but most would conclude that some 'rouge' factory must
    be operating somewhere on the fringes of civilization.

Capabilities:
    The Goblin GBR-1R would come with a 160 rated LFE pushes the mech's movement to 120 km/h. It
    would be protected by 3.5 tons of ferro-fibrous armor. It's armament would include one CT
    mounted medium laser, one flamer mounted in the left arm and a trio of light machine guns
    linked to each other and supplied with one ton of ammo. 10 standard OG heatsinks would be
    mounted for cooling.
