Overview:
    The Cobra High Speed Sentry (H.I.S.S.) Tank has been the dominant tank used by Cobra forces
    since the organization's inception. The H.I.S.S. has been upgraded and remodeled over time,
    but all variants share a similar general design, featuring dorsal mounted cannons.
    
    The HISS was developed to fulfill two separate needs on the battle field, anti-personnel and
    heavy armor. The H.I.S.S. tank is the most versatile and deadly opposition on any
    battlefield. Whether on city streets or through the dense jungle, the H.I.S.S. can outrun,
    out-maneuver, and out perform anything in its class. Built with a modular design allowing
    Cobra's technicians to easily replace and repair battle damaged units with maximum
    efficiency. Although specialized drivers are selected to pilot most H.I.S.S. tanks, the
    cockpit design is simple enough for almost any basic trooper to understand and operate.
    
    
    As Cobra gained more resonances, they could afford to field better battle platforms. This is
    based on the Mark-0 frame. It larger and slower then the Mark-I, but with better armaments,
    thicker armor, and more features. It has a passenger seat for a RTO Specialist, advanced
    electronic systems and an infantry bay for 7 men or cargo (based on the space used to hold
    the attack pods, in the Mk-0). The MkII mounts two fixed laser cannons, and turret-mounted
    triple-barreled laser cannons. The disadvantage with this model, is how the sophisticated
    weapons and electronic systems are harder to service and consumes a lot of power. The Type-A
    and Type-B are identical except that the Type-A has a teal hull whereas the Type-B has a
    blue painted hull.
