Capabilities:
    At just over a 51% increase costs for a mech that is a little slower and less mobile whose
    mission focus is to combat infantry, the new Vulcan variant would seem like an obvious
    folly.
    
    Thankfully for the R&D tram that developed it, that wasn’t to be the case.
    
    Despite increased vulnerability from the use of a light fusion engine, it mounts over 68%
    more armor protection and can still survive a missing side torso. The purpose of the
    increased expense was to allow enough weapons to let the Vulcan remain a more consistent
    threat to both its initial targets and to other battlefield units in general.
    
    With twice the potential to end infantry and three times the potential to hurt anything
    bigger, the new model has made its pilots feeling much more like a threat. This coupled with
    the probe to sniff out hiding guerillas, the new model has become a much more feared unit
