Overview:
    The Landskenecht would be developed and produced in the Lyran Commonwealth in the early days
    of the IlClan era. Reflecting upon the state of the Commonwealth at the dawn of a new age,
    Blue Shot weapons would pitch the concept of a "pocket heavy" with the introduction of the
    Landskenecht LKT-10G. At a cost of  10,357,849 C-Bills, the Landskenecht would attempt to
    provide Commonwealth forces with a rugged easy to pilot mech that could absorb punishment
    far beyond what its tonnage indicated, and dish out damage that simply could not be ignored.

Capabilities:
    To achieve this the LKT-10G would come with an endo-steel frame and an XL gyro. A Clan-grade
    XL 275 rated engine would also be employed to free tonnage for the mech. The engine normally
    allowing a mech to achieve 86km/h. However, LKT-10G would be covered in 15.5 tons of
    Hardened armor (124 pips). While this allowed to mech to achieve an armor protection value
    similar to mechs of substantially larger size, it would reduce the overall speed of the
    design. For its main armament the 10G would come equipped with an IS Gauss Rifle supplied
    with two tons of ammo. Additionally, micro-stabilizers would be added to the arm to support
    the main armament.  To compliment this, three clan grade er-medium lasers would be installed
    into the 10G. One in the right torso, and two in the left. Finally the LKT-10G would have
    A.E.S. installed into the legs to help stabilize the Battlemech.
