Variants:
    After bringing the long defunct GM BattleMech production facilities back online after their
    having been shut down for over a century, Callendre Kell instructed the facility to begin
    production of a new model of one of their oldest and most storied of designs, the Marauder.
    Not content to manufacture one of the models already in production somewhere in the Inner
    Sphere, the engineers are this GM facility set about making use of the ties the Kell Hounds
    had for decades with the Wolves-in-Exile to  incorporate certain Clan technologies. The
    resulting model, the MAD-12KH is faster, better armored and has weapons that hit harder and
    at greater ranges than before. They also mounted a computer system that greatly aids the
    MechWarrior in tracking their weapons, armor and heat, making it easier for that warrior to
    maintain their firepower in the midst of combat. These advanced systems do however make the
    machine harder to maintain in the field and can be difficult to replace on some campaigns
    (add the following quirks: Combat Computer, Difficult to Maintain, Nonstandard Parts).
