Overview:
    "Vally Girl" is a heavily modified Thug used by Yrena Kolsanova, who leads a largely
    unremarkable pirate band in the general vicinity of the infamous Freeport of Tortuga. Unable
    to maintain the advanced armament of the original design, one of the machine's particle
    cannons has been replaced with a class ten Autocannon, whilst the other has had a pair of
    Large Lasers awkwardly bolted to the empty housing of the original PPC, along with a
    cobbled-together enhanced cooling system. Both SRM launchers have also been replaced with
    packs of crude single shot dumbfire rockets as well. Mostly notably, the "Valley Girl" is
    painted an eye-searing reflective metallic pink that renders any attempt at stealth
    completely ridiculous and had often made opponents question the reality of what they're
    seeing.
    On the other hand, "under the hood" the BattleMech's systems are a patchwork mess of
    jury-rigs, poorly done repairs, and salvaged components that significantly degrade its
    performance.

Capabilities:
    The "Vally Girl" possesses the Improved Cooling Jacket and Inaccurate Weapon Design Quirk
    for both Large Lasers, the Barrel Fist Design Quirk in the Right Arm, and the Combat
    Computer, Poor Performance, Ramshackle and Distracting Design Quirks. It is also a unique
    unit of which only a single example ever existed.
    
    "Vally Girl" and its pilot eventually met their end in 3055 at the hands of the Armed Forces
    of the Federated Commonwealth, along with the rest of Kolsanova's pirate band, when a Gauss
    slug penetrated the machine's fusion bottle; the resulting plasmatic eruption, steam
    explosion, and ammunition cook-off thoroghly destroying the ancient Thug beyond any hope of
    repair.
