Overview:
    Location of the workshops that produce the L4-RC# Larcener series are still unknown outside
    the black market, but it's been deduced that the mechs are based on a partial Vindicator
    chassis, so likely a resurrected, yet only semi-functional factory line is involved.
    
    Seeing adoption amidst pirate forces, but especially the Sebha Collective Armed Forces, or
    SCAF pirates, operating off the otherwise disappeared world of Sebha;
    
    The L4-RC1 is fast, with a 270 Fusion powerplant and MASC.
    
    Affordable and rugged on a standard chassis, it's deceptively tough where it counts,
    featuring Laser Reflective legs, chest and head armor paired with twin Laser AMS, increasing
    the odds of escaping sticky situations intact, which encourages bold hit-and-run tactics
    from Larc pilots, even deep in hostile territory.
    
    With an ER Flamer in each arm and a Large Laser housed in the right torso, a solitary
    Larcener can cause *just enough* mayhem to be a major inconvenience.
    
    Unburdened by concerns of ammunition and able to operate independent of supply lines for
    lengthy periods;
    If left to roam unaddressed, it can sever supply lines, destroy ammo depots, assassinate
    convoys, kick in command posts, burn homes and generally become a crippling nuisance.
    
    It also boasts a half ton cargo compartment for "opportunistic acquisitions" in the field or
    extra rations.
    although some forces have been known to leave the compartment door off its hinges and a 10
    tube Rocket Launcher or jury rigged Small Laser stuffed in the space.
    Improvisation is usually on the table for a pirate mech.
    
    The capacity to filch equipment here and there has made the Larcener beloved amongst
    mechtechs, quartermasters and small guerilla forces operating on shoestring margins.
    
    Assuming, of course, that the Mechwarrior returns without too much damage.
    
    Just don't be the schmuck relegated to hand polishing the reflective panels.
