Overview:
    Much like its predecessor, the Gyrfalcon II has been produced during a time of relative
    peace, but will most likely soon find its mettle being tested in the fires of the
    approaching conflict.
    
    Incredibly well protected for its tonnage, it sports 11.5 tons of laser reflective armor,
    making it able to weather a surprising amount of enemy fire. In order to keep its mobility
    profile intact, an XL engine and an endo steel chassis buy enough tonnage for it to have a
    respectable 20 tons of pod space. For extra mobility, the ubiquitous jump jets and partial
    wing system of the original are retained.

Capabilities:
    Currently a prototype employed mostly by some of the most talented Mechwarriors from the
    First Falcon Sentinels, this updated and upgraded version of the Gyrfalcon was an idea
    spearheaded by Khan Jiyi Chistu to see if his newly bolstered Clan has the necessary
    manpower and industry to stand on its own merits. With additional help from D&K Creation
    studios and the Borrowed Wings, reception for the new 'Mech has been incredibly positive.

Deployment:
    The Prime configuration of the Gyrfalcon II is meant as an harasser for enemy combined arms
    assets, a niche currently not present in the Jade Falcon touman outside of overly
    specialized units. With its two Plasma Rifles, each fed by two tons of ammunition, as well
    as twin small pulse lasers, the Prime is a nightmare for enemy infantry and tanks while
    still being able to output respectable damage against 'Mechs.
