Overview:
    The 7K (Kurita) version of the venerable Champion is a fairly complete redesign that turns
    the historical underachiever away from being a jack of all trades and into a dedicated
    sniper. Utilizing a smaller powerplant, albeit an XL variant, the 7K has a top speed of 64.8
    KM/H, but the loss of raw speed is offset by the addition of four jump jets, giving the
    Champion increased overall mobility. Thirteen tons of standard armor provide the maximum
    available protection for a mech of this tonnage.
    
    Engineers gave the new Champion 7K a simple, but brutal weapon loadout. For long range
    engagements, a massive Gauss rifle is housed in the right torso, along with two tons of ammo
    for the big rifle. When the fighting gets up close and personal, four extended range medium
    lasers, two in each wing-like arm come to bear. All weapons are tied to a targeting computer
    for increased hit probability. Finally, 12 double heat sinks are provided to keep the
    Champion running cool throughout the battle.
