Overview:
    With the Jihad burning in the past, and the time of the Republic in fruition - Clan
    Wolf-in-Exile began to dabble again with newer mech designs. While other Clans were
    developing Battlemech's to go along with newer technology - Clan Wolf-in-Exile took a step
    back. Wanting a mech that can go years without resupply and repair, scientists began designs
    on what would now be known as the Krueger.
    
    Development was constantly marred by inner politicking or clan financial struggles, to the
    point where many thought the mech itself would never see the light of day. Only until Clan
    Wolf-in-Exile began realizing that a fully laser operated mech would not only be more cost
    efficient, but also easier to maintain in some of their periphery stations - did they begin
    to put their full effort into turning the Krueger from a simple concept into a realistic
    design.

Capabilities:
    Weighing a sturdy 100 tons and sporting maximum levels of armour and experimental
    Endo-Composite inner structure - this mech further supplements it’s survivability with a
    small, almost torso, based cockpit. However,  most shocking is the removal of the
    stereotypical clan XL engine in favor of a heavier, but more centralized, clan fusion
    engine. With chassis all set out, scientists then set out for the their main goal: a mech
    that requires no ammunition.
    
    Taking inspiration from designs like the Supernova - the mech boasts three Medium Pulse
    Lasers in each arm and two centralized Small Pulse Lasers in the center torso near the
    small, almost torso based, cockpit. Keeping with the theme, and needing a weapon that can
    hit at a longer range, the Krueger sports two Clan ER Large Pulse Lasers in the lower
    sections of the left and right torso. Typical to clan philosophy of designing a mech whose
    systems work together in harmony - the Krueger also contains a clan Targeting Computer to
    make sure the Pulse Lasers are even more accurate. For further survivability, the mech also
    features an Angel ECM Suite in its right torso for extended missions.
    
    In order to make sure the mech and pilot do not suffer through the massive amounts of heat
    the Krueger puts out - Clan scientists were able to fit twenty five Double Heat Sinks into
    the mech - including one in the already cramped cockpit.

Deployment:
    While this battlemech should have seen deployment - it’s  production near the end of the
    Era of the Republic sadly left most of them in them in their production facilities. This
    fact, coupled with the downing of the HPG networks and the onset of what is now known as the
    Dark Age - left the Krueger collecting dust rather than battle scars. However, its
    rediscovery near end of the Dark Age and onset of the ilClan era has brought new life into
    the model, and Clan Sea Fox has started to see its benefit selling it to many buyer across
    the Inner Sphere and Clan space.

Variants:
    While a newer mech - three variants of the mech were produced over a short amount of time:
    The Prime, A, and, B variant.
    
    The Krueger A variant dumps the ER Large Pulse Lasers for two Clan ER PPC's, but otherwise,
    keeps the rest of the mech similar to the Prime.  The ECM is Replaced by a Laser
    Anti-Missile System and a Active Probe, allowing it to suit the more sniper roll the variant
    now undertakes.
    
    The Krueger's B variant adds an additional ER Medium Laser to each arm, giving each arm a
    very potent hit at medium range. It keeps a large suite of electronic warfare equipment,
    including an ECM, Laser Anti missile System, and Active Probe. Its energy weapons in the
    left and right torso are replaced with Plasma Cannons - and while this goes against the
    tenant of a mech that was designed with all anergy weapons in mind - the Plasma cannons
    carry more than enough ammo for an extended operation, and its ability to overheat an enemy
    mech is exceptionally useful in the battlefield.
