Variants:
    Intended as a “return to its roots” design, the Phoenix Hawk IIC 12 is a heavy assault
    reconnaissance unit that combines good speed and mobility for its size with a relatively
    heavy and versatile armaments package and an advanced electronics array.
    
    Equipped with the most advanced communications and sensor systems available to Clan Sea Fox
    (quirks: Improved Communications and Improved Sensors) and a decent targeting system in the
    Tek TruTrak DS; all tied into a highly advanced light active probe and Angel ECM suite, the
    machine can detect and defend against most threats.
    
    Defensively, although the ferro-fibrous armor of the previous models has been replaced with
    standard armor plate, enough extra armor mass has been added to improve protection by more
    than 10%. However, to make all these changes, a hot running XXL engine had to be included.
    To help compensate for the extra heat generated by both this fusion core and the weapons
    package, two extra double heat sinks were also included.
