Overview:
    It's said some things change, the more they stay the same.
    
    With the Shootist 10VGL while not many things were changed. The changes are the difference
    that makes the difference.
    
    As Battle Rom's have shown the Shootist is a respectable mech.But in the post Clan invasion
    era to now engagement ranges increased dramatically often leaving the AC-20 of the Shootist
    out of reach of battle. Or causing the mech to take excessive damage to get in AC/20 range.
    
    With the new model for VGL Interstellar combat range have increased greatly without
    increasing cost. Standard engine was kept as it's not broken, so we decided to not try to
    fix it. Though as a nod to practically of modern times it does come equipped with a Endo
    Steel Chassis. That said at 7.2 million C-Bills you get a lot of upgrades and range for a
    mere extra 700k in C-Bills.
    
    Far as the weapons layout goes, similar, but different.
    
    A Gauss Rifle replaces the AC/20 giving solid punch at range with only a slight decrease in
    firepower compared to the AC-20.
    
    ER Large Laser has been removed and replaced with two Light PPC's. Giving the mech slightly
    more firepower for slightly less heat versus the ER Large laser.
    
    And last for up close to mid range. The Medium Lasers have been upgraded to IS ER Medium
    lasers giving the Shootist 90 more meters of Medium Laser goodness. And lastly a Guardian
    ECM has been added to hamper the electronics of foes who are up close and personal.
