Overview:
    The ARC-10M was developed in response to the wide-spread popularity and market demand of the
    Anzu (another Earthwerks product conveniently). Updated from the aging ARC-9M model,
    Earthworks would design this variant for the FWLM around increased mobility and firepower,
    with the general idea that it could be partnered with and support the previously mentioned
    mech. They would accomplish this by increasing the mobility of the design by fitting it with
    an 280 Light Fusion Engine allowing the ARC-10M to obtain a top speed of 64mph. They would
    also replace the five improved jump jets with 4 standard jump jets. This would allow the
    ARC-10M to move at the average speed of Strategic Forces, and let it traverse difficult
    terrain with relative ease. Capacitors would be added to the Light PPC's enhancing the 10M's
    ability to support a firefight directly while the primary weapons package would be upgraded
    to twin Clan-Grade LRM 20's with ART IV. 4 Tons of ammo protected by CASE II would be stored
    in the right torso. 4 double heat sinks would be added, bringing the total sinking capacity
    of the ARC-10M to 28. While the armor would be downgraded to 11.5 tons of standard-grade
    plating, a Endo-composite structure would be utilized to free up enough tonnage for the
    design.
