Overview:
    With the shadow divisions going into hiding after the jihad, some questioned the work of
    Vapula using Clan tech.  Others considered it blasphemous.  With limited resources and more
    available inner sphere tech, the WoB set out to redesign 4 of the 6 Caelestis

Capabilities:
    The easiest conversion was the removal of the clan streak LRM 10s.  Switching out these
    launchers opened up the Caelestis to a more traditional missile boat; however, further
    thought was needed for the pulse lasers.
    
    Owing to a more close combat nature of inner sphere pulse lasers.  Techs attempted to sync
    the ranges by using large pulse lasers and medium x-pulse lasers.
    
    Doctrine would usually dictate that the LRMs would be used to support units while the pulse
    lasers used for defense.  Owing to the C3i capabilities, many have theorized that engaging
    in close combat while using LRMs to support other C3i connected units would be beneficial to
    activating the TSM on board.  Thus far trials have looked promising.
