Overview:
    Originally won in a game of poker, and subsequently stripped of its Imperator-B Autocannon
    to repair the company's Banshee, the cored "Headshot Honcho" was initially conceived by
    company mech-techs in their downtime as part mascot and part practical joke.

Capabilities:
    Marrying the mostly failed design that is the Urbanmech, with the mostly failed design of a
    Binary Laser Cannon, techs adopted this pet project with the intent of utilizing mostly
    unsellable battlefield salvage. The final piece is the GM 150 engine salvaged on mission
    from a demolished Commando.
    
    The end result is a light Mech that runs absurdly hot, risking shutdown after firing more
    than once on the move, with the capability of headshotting even the most heavily armored
    Mech. Add in the enemy expectation for it to be easy to target and it can catch nearly any
    mechwarrior off guard.
