Look! There goes my originality! :D (If there ever was anything like that before)
Well, I'll just join the other people who don't think that this is a Bushwacker. It's really too Crab-like for my tastes, but it should work. The heat production is well balanced (If the brackets are used as intended of course), weapons can threaten most targets with ease and the armour, while not full is reasonably strong. A well made 'Mech, although I can't say that I like it. |

Like AWAD mention it is just a heavier crab clone. It is pretty darn efficient and damn powerful too, but that has no style.....
Personally, anyone can make a energy boat that jumps and move at 5/8/5, but that leaves little room for creativity. The BW was known for its inherent flaws. For example, AC10 for a 3058 era mech ? I mean you already spend that much on this baby, so might as well get an LB-10X. Plus the lighter LB-10x let's you upgrade the 2 fives to a 10 or pad more armor. Not to mention the LB-10x can engage at a range bracket similar to the ER Large.
The blatant flaws just bleeds style and character however, so despite not having a terribly efficient design, the mech has a certain flavor, this variant is just too generic.

Viable doable surviable. But it has no style. Just a different type of Crab. Not sure of the variant you are baing it off of. it is not a Bushwacker, no AC or LRMs. But fact it can overheat is kind of cool. One or the other is great. I am a stickler for making non-jump mechs jump, especially ones that are pod like.
