feet.I just pray the Leopold is up to the trip. Pull together some pilots from the 4th to
provide some support if needed." Mark looked back at the lines, circles, whirls and numbers
that made up the Mist Fey." And tell Cowboy there will be a bonus in it for him when he gets

Capabilities:
Not long ago, Stonkin Mechs, Inc came into possession of an undisclosed amount of stealth
armor. This resource was manuevered over to Ground Zero Salvage and Tech for a particulary
private project headed by CEO Mark Stonkin himself. He needed a fast mech, one that could
get in and out without being detected, and hard to hit if it was. The Mist Fey, or Fey as it
is commonly called, is a 35 ton machine that hopes to accomplich those goals. The large
Extralight engine with legs is encased in six and a half tons of stealth armor.The ten
double heatsinks ensure the mech will not overheat while stealth is activated, and may still
fire the torso mounted medium and small lasers without much ill effect. The advanced Angel
Electronics Counter Measures make the mech nigh invisible, while the BloodHound Active Probe
will warn the pilot of incoming trouble.
Deployment:
The one and only Mist Fey was assigned to a fact finding mission in Clan space. According to
information from the commander of the deploying jumpship, the mission it self was a success,
but the Fey, and the accompanying dropship and support mechs were lost when leaving the
planet under heavy fire. GZT and Stonkin Mechs Inc have around a dozen of the special models
of the machine on hand. These are not for resale which is why GZT has commisioned a
different version for normal production.
Variants:
The GZT-MSTF1 is actually a general production version of the highly specialized Mist Fey.
The Angel and BloodHound are replaced with the more readily accesible Guardian unit and a
beagle active probe. A TAG was also installed along with the sensor suite behind the
cockpit. There is another version in the works that does away with the Stealth armor and
adds jumpjets.

Comment:
A scout not completely unlike the Hermes. A fast runner with advanced sensor suite and some mediocre weaponry, but the armour moves much closer to the Mongoose. I'm not sure whether the BAP can be used while the stealth armour is working, but that doesn't matter that much, because if there are shots in the air, the BAP is usually done with scanning and it's tome to move. A fast recon unit with a lot of fancy El-Int toys. I like those. Too bad that they are so expensive.
