Not that bad as a surprise machine. Pirates won't like it and if used in a city or any other militia hideout it may work. Don't think about dragging it with you on maneuvers, it wouldn't last long, but in any environment with hiding places it may enjoy it's five seconds of glory. |

As a garrison unit, this makes some sense, although I do feel that the loss of speed is going to hurt you, even in an urban situation.
The rocket launchers let this 'mech hit and run from range, which is nice. Unfortunately, the loss in speed means that this Stinger is not going to be able to get away from some of the more common pursuit units, such as the Phoenix Hawk. |

This mech is perfect, if you're in the landscaping business. And that's what those RLs are good for.
Sure this mech has a Medium Laser, but in this day and age, it ain't going to do jack.
The speed decrease is also going to be a pain, 20-tonners don't have much armour in the first place and cutting their speed is only going to hurt them.
Great target practice for them green Steiner Assault Mech pilots. |
