I say screw the medpulses and add a ERLarge and a single medium. Medpulses might be accurate but at 6 range means you are even in optimal range for most if not all weapons in BT and that vulnerable XL will get torn apart in seconds.
Also there is not much heat capacity to speak of. You will not be able to make efficent use of the medpulses in conjunction with the UAC-20 in doublefire mode anyway (which is the point of the ultra, otherwise stick to the regular AC-20 or use the LB-20X) so there is little use for them unless the UAC-20 has being destroyed.

It looks dangerous. I doubt that this variant would appear on the field, but as a Solaris 7 machine it may work. I would try to get rid off the XL engine as soon as possible, because this mech is going to receive a lot of attention from the enemy (probably replacing the MPLs with ERs would help). It may work, but some upgrading (to the fluff and time era too) may greatly improve the rating. |
