Overview:
    The destruction of Clan Smoke Jaguar by the new Star League had a myriad of effects all
    throughout known space. One of these effects was exposure. The Clans had not yet dealt with
    forces from the opposite side of the invasion corridor and the inclusion of Liao and Marik
    units into the combined force exposed the clans to new fighting styles and whole new 'mech
    designs.
    
    During the destruction of Clan Smoke Jaguar the Ghost Bears were in the middle of
    transporting and relocating to their new home in the Inner Sphere, but this does not mean
    that they took a blind eye to the conflict. These unknown units and designs had to be
    evaluated in preperation for defense should the Star Leage take a liking to the destruction
    of Clans and not stop at Smoke Jaguar.
    
    Being the intrepid bunch that Ghost Bears typically are they played around with many of the
    better designs that the previously distant House forces fielded. One of the designs that
    came to become a full blown customization was the Wraith IIC. The 'Mech itself was noticed
    and the order to re-engineer it came down from SaKahn Aletha Kabrinsky herself. As she is
    renowned for being a fast 'mech pilot she admired the elements that the Wraith was based
    upon.
    
    This design is still not widely used among the Ghost Bears because of their tendencies to
    rely on more of a heavier, firepower laden force, but it can be seen here and there in
    lighter units. It is rumored that Aletha herself may have piloted one in a few actions.

Capabilities:
    The Wraith was created to fill a role of a heavier scout 'mech that could lead lighter
    lances into battle with precision and ease. The Clan modifications make it even more
    effecient at that job. With its large and medium pulse lasers working in tandem with the
    targeting computer it posseses the awesome ability to accurately and effectiently engage a
    unit regarless of speed.
    
    The Jump Jets that the Wraith mounts grace it with a great advantage over less manueverable
    'mechs with more firepower yet it mounts enough precision weaponry to give it more than
    enough edge against 'mechs that match it for speed.
    
    Essentially thjs 'mech can easlity outrun what it cant outshoot allowing the pilot to pick
    his battles every time.

Deployment:
    This 'mech isn't widely deployed among the heavier Ghost Bear Touman, yet it has become a
    favorite of some of the speed focused mechwarriors around. The most notable use of this
    'mech was when it was used to suprise the Clan Hells Horses troops in the recent war that
    Ghost Bear fought with them. The Horses expected typical Ghost Bear Strategy, a wall of
    metal, and found themselves outmanuevered in various conflicts. The vast majority of these
    'mechs are still positioned along the Wolf/Clan homeworld border because there has yet to
    have been a reason to reallocate the resources.
