Overview:
One of the most unusual things Smoke Jaguars left in their databases was complete design
documentation of medium omni, that was about to enter production in 3063. The design
development was terminated by destruction of the clan, but two copies of design
specifications and plans survived and after short, but fierce trials they fell in the hands
of clans Steel Viper and Hells Horses.
The basic chassis seems to be made for fierce fighting and straightforward approach to
combat common among the Jaguar warriors. Almost full armor, good speed and heat dissipation
make it similar to popular Storm Crow, but it's cheaper thanks to smaller size. The chassis
seems to bear some resemblance to Stooping Hawk, but instead of bird like features there are
feline.
Capabilities:
D configuration was made for extreme range fighting. With ER large laser, LB-5X AC and ATM 9
rack it can easily reach the enemy without fear of heavy counter-fire. These weapons don't
produce enough heat to overload basic heat sinks, not even when the flamer, that was added
for support work, joins them.
Deployment:
There are no confirmed reports, but both clans are expected field prototypes soon.

As far as the base is concerned, I like this design. TRO3050U paints a complete picture of the Jaguars as a Clan that may have been poor on resources but was definitely keen on always fielding the best of cutting-edge designs amongst the Clans. Thus this one would make sense as a compatible partner to one of their proven designs.
An omni is only as good as its configurations, and I totally love this configuration! I see what you were aiming at and I absolutely agree with it - the weapons load you chose is extremely unusual but totally accomplishes what you set out to do. It has flavour, it has style and it can actually do a fair bit of damage at very extreme ranges!
I love it and bumped it up from 4.5 to 5 because I kinda regret dropping the Prime from 2.5 to 2.
So yeah, if my Hell's Horses persona were ever to ride a "Lion", the D would be the configuration of choice!

A multipurpose mech able to shoot cluster, flames, heavy laserbolts and different missiles! (and all without heat!)

I like the fluff, it adds to the storyline of post Jaguar items.
Overall it's a decent medium mech, but nothing that is going to change the battlefield. Could be a nice Omni for second line units or filler mechs tell other omnis come along.
