A well-thought mech. The LRMs are very effective, and are enhanced by the Aremis system, giving them a better than average damage curve.
The battlemech really strust its stuff at close to mid range combat. The pulse lasers provide accurate damage, though the heat produced by the weapons is going to be high.
The streaks, in my experience, are very fickle. While mounting a pair of launchers means at leats one will get a lock, there will still be times where you are praying for a lock on, if only to get rid of some ammo before it can be hit. |

For clan mech it isn't fast, but durability and firepower out weight that. Standard problems wit heat buildup from other TDR models remains, but pilots should handle that easily. I would rather have flamer instead of LAP (last warning before they charge, not much of use otherwise (and it first appeared around 3060)) but even as it stands it's fine mech. Once again alpha-strikes not recommended. |

A good upgrade to this SLDF workhorse. I give it a perfect 5.
It has everything covered. LRM20 and a large pulse for hitting em at range. Streaks and medium pulse for ripping up close and not to mention that Clan LRM20 is devastating upclose due to lack of minimum range.
