Finally this promising chassis is used well. ATMs have good ammo supply and lasers make good backup to the missiles. Basic chassis will provide good platform for big missile racks, because it's well armored and quite fast. It would use some rear facing weapons, if it's going to try using HE ATMs. |

Finally, a config that makes sense. YEs its not the most powerful mech in the world, but those two ATM 12s give it incredible flexibility. YOu can either carry a ton (for each launcher) each of the three ammo types or specialise. I'll stick with ER ammo and make this a real fire support mech.
The four ER medium lasers in this case can keep it safe from close range harm... kinda reminds me of a more advanced Archer. |

The best of this Omni's configs. The ATMs have a good ammo supply, and the lasers will give you something to shoot with before you get into HE range. Of course its pretty light on ammo, especially if you're mounting two ton of each type. Once the ATMs are gone thos is pretty dead, unless it can run away. The lightness of its armor makes it vulnerable, especially at close range. |
