Overview:
    Yet another LRM modification of the Ballista, the BAL-3 replaces the 4 LRM-15 racks on the
    BAL-2 with 14 LRM-5 racks, providing 10 more missiles per salvo of all LRM systems. Other
    than the missile system replacement, the BAL-3 is exactly the same as a BAL-2.

Capabilities:
    Mounting 14 5 tube LRM systems with 8 tons of ammunition, which is normally semi-guided in
    order to take advantage of TAG systems mounted on other units, the BAL-3 is a fire support
    pilots dream come true. It also mounts a Guardian ECM, 4 Medium Pulse Lasers, and 2 ER
    Medium Lasers to provide it with close in protection and a little electronic interference.
    Mounting 19 tons of standard armor means that the BAL-3 has a very tough hide, thus making
    sure the pilot lives to fight another day.

Deployment:
    The BAL-3 is deployed only withing the Ryuken, as it was at their request that the missile
    system was changed from the BAL-2.
