In the city there is much bigger chance to encounter something with AC/20, that can't be destroyed by MGs so easily. This is too costly for intended duty and its speed and weapons don't allow it to do anything else. |

Okay, expensive XL engined for one use only.
A use that will get your unit/planet/mech targetted by even assault mechs in a regiment on regiment battle.
As riot controlled mechs are treated like child rapists in maximum security prisions in the battle tech world.
Its too effective at its job, and fairly expensive to boot, so it'll get worked over often and need to be replaced. |

I like this one. It is a little slow for the weight, but I prefer this mech over the Panther and the Urbanmech for city fighting. This is designed well for the stated mission profile. As a garrison unit it can easily take care of infantry units as well as defend against rogue mechs that might chance upon its base of operations. It has a very good damage profile for a mech this size. |

This mech would be good in urban combat or wooded areas.I would not want to put this mech in open terrain If it can get close the 10 machine guns would be nasty. It is well protected though it is slow and would be in trouble out side of its element |

This 'mech will die a quick and very greasy death in most battles, and is too expensive for an urban garrison. XL engines are for front-line designs; they're too expensive for anything else. Also, the armor and speed are not sufficient to protect that engine from catastrophic damage. A couple of torso hits is all it takes to knock this 'mech out of action. Finally, why waste a 'mech chassis on whiping out infantry when vehicles can do the job just as well. |
