Detailed Description: For ProtoMechs, ammo is added on a per shot basis. This makes it tedious to add multiple shots for a given launcher. It would be nice to have a popup that asks how many shots would you like to add; similar to the cargo popup. Audit

Resolution: Users can now add multiples of the same equipment by clicking on '#' to the right of the Add Equipment button.  Audit
