Well, all in all It's a better armed Grasshopper. Those MRMs can certainly benefit from the C3 network, but I actually chose them for their damage potencial at short range, rewarding closing at the enemy and blasting away, while solid armour, JJs and C3 will make the Watakushi a pointman for the rest of the group, preferrably piling the damage upon whomever tries to use ECM to disrupt the network.
